Is it perimenopause?

If you’ve been asking yourself this question, this series is for you.

In this three-session course, we’ll explore the hormonal changes of perimenopause and how they can affect sleep, mood, energy, metabolism, and more. You’ll learn how to recognize common symptoms and understand the full range of treatment options, including both hormonal and non-hormonal approaches.

This course is designed to give you the clear, evidence-based information that can be difficult to get during a short doctor’s visit—or to sort through online.

Fall Session: Wednesday Nov. 4th, 11th, 18th 7:00-8:30pm

Three weeks of expert-led education, peer support, conversation and practical tools.

This course is designed for anyone who is curious about perimenopause, starting to notice symptoms, deep in the experience, or even on the other side and moving through menopause. Wherever you are in the journey, this course can be for you.

The general age range tends to be around 35–50+, but everyone experiences this transition differently and on their own timeline. There are always exceptions, and all are welcome.
