About Juno
What is Juno?
Juno is an in-person women’s wellness studio and community space offering movement, education, and connection. Our programming supports women through many life stages, including fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, perimenopause, menopause, and healthy aging. Juno is also for anyone looking to prioritize self care, strength, and meaningful community. You do not need to identify with a specific life stage to belong.
Who is Juno for?
Juno is for women at every age and stage. You do not need to be pregnant, postpartum, or a parent to participate. Many members come for strength, mobility, education and connection.
Who does Juno welcome?
Juno is a women-focused space that welcomes all who identify as women, including trans women and gender-diverse people who feel aligned with our mission. While our programming is designed primarily for women, we aim to create a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment for all.
Life Phases & Belonging
I’m not pregnant or postpartum. Is Juno still for me?
Absolutely. While pregnancy and postpartum support are a core part of our offerings, Juno also offers extensive programming for perimenopause and beyond, fertility, and moms groups. In addition, we offer strength training, Pilates, yoga, and mobility classes, along with educational workshops that support whole-body health, longevity, and overall wellbeing.
What if I don’t fit neatly into one life phase?
You don’t need to label yourself to belong at Juno. Most classes and events are open to all and designed to meet you where you are. Life phases are used as a guide to help navigate offerings, not as a requirement for participation.
Is Juno only for moms?
No. While Juno offers programming for pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting, motherhood is not a requirement. Juno welcomes women who have not had children, who have chosen not to have them and women of all family structures and phases of adulthood.
I’m in perimenopause or midlife. Is there programming for me?
Yes. Juno offers classes, workshops, and support circles focused on strength, bone health, mobility, pelvic floor function and navigating hormonal shifts. We also host educational offerings led by experts who specialize in midlife and menopause care.
I’m just looking for a place to move, workout or feel good. Is that okay?
Absolutely! Juno is a place to move your body, feel supported and take care of yourself without pressure or expectations. We have plenty of everyday work out and yoga classes for all women.

Babies, Childcare & 1-1 Support
Can I bring my baby?
Some classes and groups are baby-friendly. Each offering clearly notes whether babies are welcome. For some classes not designed for babies to attend, onsite babysitting will be offered. A babysitting schedule will be shared soon.
Is babysitting available?
Babysitting is offered for select classes and groups. Scheduling and availability are shared in advance and spots are limited.
We plan to have 4 spots for each class available with 1-2 sitters depending on age of babies/kids. Our sitters are experienced, background checked, expert child care givers.
**Babysitting included in founding and unlimited memberships! **
Are 1-1 sessions available?
Juno offers a practitioner room for 1-1 sessions with independent providers. Initially, this space will be home to a pelvic floor physical therapy practice, with hopes to expand to lactation consultants and other women’s health experts over time. All practitioners work independently and maintain their own practices separate from Juno.
