Support for Every Stage
Early Postpartum (0-3 Months)
- Movement classes focused on gentle recovery to reconnect with the core, pelvic floor and safe exercise
- Small group series for parents with babies of similar ages to connect, ask questions and share experiences
- A thoughtfully curated referral list of trusted local lactation consultants, pelvic health physical therapists, doulas and mental health providers</b
- Workshops on newborn care, feeding, sleep and more
Middle Postpartum (3–6 months)
- Recovery focused movement to rebuild strength, reconnect with the core and pelvic floor and return to exercise safely
- Small group series for parents with babies of similar ages to connect and share experiences
- Curated referrals to lactation consultants, pelvic health physical therapists, doulas, mental health providers and other local supports
- Workshops on newborn care, feeding, sleep and more
Later Postpartum (6+ months)
- Higher intensity movement options (with provider clearance) to support overall fitness and ongoing self care
- Education and referrals focused on long term pelvic health, core strength and whole body support
- Workshops and resources supporting work transitions, caregiving logistics and long term balance as you ease into parenthood

Movement
Baby and Me Yoga: Designed for caregivers and babies (6 weeks to pre-crawling), this joyful class blends gentle movement, mindful stretching, and shared moments of connection with your baby and community. With a focus on rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength, you’ll move, bond, and breathe in a supportive, inclusive space that honors your postpartum body.
The Reset Yoga: Give your body and mind a chance to truly rest. This yin-style practice uses gentle, sustained stretches to open the body and create space, while guiding you into a more relaxed, balanced state. Perfect for anyone needing a reset at the end of a long day or week.
Juno Flow: An all levels vinyasa-style class that blends breath, strength, and mindful flow. We’ll move through creative sequences and transitions that build heat, mobility, and ease. You’ll leave feeling grounded, open, and energized.
Gentle Flow: A slow, accessible flow designed to support ease, mobility, and nervous system regulation. This class emphasizes gentle transitions, breath awareness, and functional movement to help you feel more open and at home in your body. Ideal for beginners, those returning to movement, or anyone seeking a softer, grounding practice.
Pilates I: A foundational mat Pilates class focused on alignment, breath, pelvic health, and core stability. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to build strength safely and improve mobility from the ground up. Expect slower, intentional movement with plenty of guidance on form and modifications. You’ll leave feeling longer, stronger and more connected to your body. Safe for pregnancy with modifications.
Strength for Everybody: A dynamic, strength-focused class designed to support women through every age and stage. Build muscle, enhance bone health and move with confidence through intentional, functional exercises using bodyweight, light weights and resistance. All levels are welcome. Safe for pregnancy with modifications.

Support Groups
Weekly Feeding Support Group (Free): A free, drop-in feeding support group led by an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant). This welcoming space offers evidence-based guidance and compassionate support for all feeding journeys, including breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping, and combination feeding. Come with questions, challenges, or simply to connect with others in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
Juno New Moms Group: A supportive weekly group for first-time moms navigating the early months of motherhood. This facilitated space offers connection, conversation, and gentle guidance as you move through postpartum recovery, identity shifts, and the transition into life with a new baby. Come as you are, ask questions, share openly, and build community with other moms in the same first-time season.
Juno Seasoned Moms Group: A supportive group for second-, third-, fourth-time (and beyond) moms welcoming a new baby. This facilitated space recognizes the unique experience of postpartum recovery while also caring for older children and managing a fuller family dynamic. Connect with other experienced moms who understand this season, share honestly, and receive support tailored to this next chapter.
Juno Pregnancy Group (offered later in the year): A supportive group for pregnant people navigating the physical, emotional, and practical changes of pregnancy. This facilitated space offers connection, conversation, and gentle guidance as you prepare for birth, postpartum, and life with a new baby. Come to ask questions, share experiences, and build community with others in the same season of pregnancy.
