Mom's Groups

Looking for your people in this new season of motherhood? Come find them here.

Juno’s Moms’ Groups are a 6-week series, expertly facilitated, nonjudgmental space designed for moms welcoming their first child (New Moms) or growing their family with a second, third, or beyond (Seasoned Moms).

Come as you are. Sweatpants, mom buns, and fussy babies who need to nap or feed are always welcome. Together we explore the topics that matter most in early motherhood. You’ll receive evidence based guidance along with practical, nonjudgmental tools to help you feel more grounded, confident and supported.

Additional Perks for Mom's Group Members:

Enjoy 2 free workout classes of your choosing during your 6 week series (If you are already a member, get 2 free guest passes to bring a friend to workout with!)

Free drop in feeding group Tuesdays 2-3pm with Lactation Consultant Aarani – stay and ask an expert after your group!

More Info:

Juno’s New Moms’ Group is for first time moms with babies ages 0 to 6 months. This intimate community is designed to meet you exactly where you are, surrounded by women navigating this transition right alongside you.

Together we explore topics including the emotional transition into becoming a parent, partner communication and boundaries, feeding, sleep, newborn development and everything in between.

Juno’s Seasoned Moms’ Group is for moms welcoming a second, third, or fourth+ baby (ages 0–6 months). This group is designed to support the unique transition of growing your family while fostering meaningful connection with other women who truly get it.

Together, we’ll talk openly about the realities of life with multiple children, shifting relationship dynamics, identity changes, and the ongoing process of (re)finding yourself. Nothing is off-limits and everything belongs. This is a space to be honest, supported and deeply understood as you navigate this new chapter.
