Effective Date: July 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Juno LLC. (“Juno,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit junospace.com (the “Site”), sign up for our newsletter, book a class or membership, use our babysitting services, visit our studio, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy does not apply to third-party sites or services we link to, including our booking platform, which have their own privacy practices.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide to Us
- Contact and newsletter sign-up: name, email address, and phone number, when you contact us through our website form, email us, or sign up for our newsletter.
- Booking and membership information: name, email address, phone number, billing address, and payment card details, collected through our booking and membership platform, WellnessLiving, when you create a client account, book a class or workshop, or purchase a membership or class pack.
- Health-related information you choose to share: for example, information you voluntarily disclose to us or an instructor about pregnancy status, postpartum stage, injuries, or physical limitations so we can support your safe participation in a class.
- Babysitting information: your child’s name, age or date of birth, and any allergies, medical conditions, or care needs you disclose when booking babysitting, provided by you as the parent or legal guardian.
- Communications: messages you send us by email, text, phone, or through our contact form, and any information you include in them.
- Payment information: when you purchase a class, workshop, membership, or class pack, payment card information is collected and processed by our third-party payment processor integrated with WellnessLiving. Juno does not store full payment card numbers.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, referring/exit pages, browser type, device type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies when you browse the Site.
- Cookies and similar technologies: we and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar tools for site functionality, analytics, and (where applicable) advertising, as described in Section 4.
1.3 Information from Other Sources
We may receive information about you from our service providers (such as WellnessLiving or our payment processor), from social media platforms if you interact with our Facebook or Instagram pages, or from independent practitioners who rent space at Juno, to the extent they share information with us in connection with your visit.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information we collect to:
- Create and manage your client account, process bookings, memberships, and class pack purchases, and process payments.
- Communicate with you about your bookings, account, cancellations, studio updates, and policies.
- Send you our newsletter and marketing communications about classes, workshops, and events, where you have signed up to receive them (you may opt out at any time, as described in Section 6).
- Provide babysitting services safely, including addressing allergies, medical needs, or care instructions you provide for your child.
- Support the safe and appropriate delivery of classes and programming, including modifications related to pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or physical limitations you disclose.
- Maintain the security of our Site and studio, and prevent fraud or misuse of our Services.
- Analyze and improve our Site, offerings, and business operations.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share personal information only as follows:
- Service providers: with vendors who perform services on our behalf, including WellnessLiving (scheduling, membership, and client account management), our payment processor (payment processing), and our email/newsletter platform (sending marketing communications). These providers are authorized to use your information only as needed to provide their services to us.
- Independent practitioners: if you book a 1:1 session with an independent practitioner renting space at Juno, information necessary to facilitate that booking may be shared with that practitioner, who maintains their own, separate practice and privacy practices.
- Legal and safety reasons: when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of any person, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of some or all of our business, in which case personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- With your consent: for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time we collect the information, or with your consent.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our Site (for example, through analytics tools). You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them; however, some parts of the Site may not function properly if you disable cookies.
We currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals because there is not yet a common industry standard for how to interpret them.
5. Children’s Privacy
Our Site and newsletter are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the Site.
In connection with our on-site babysitting service, we collect limited information about your child (such as name, age, and care or allergy information) directly from you, the parent or legal guardian, solely to provide safe supervision during your visit. This information is used only for that purpose and is not used for marketing directed at children.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us at hello@junospace.com so we can address it.
6. Your Choices and Rights
6.1 Marketing Communications
You can opt out of our newsletter and marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email or by contacting us at hello@junospace.com. You may still receive transactional communications related to your bookings or account.
6.2 Accessing and Updating Your Information
You can review and update your account and booking information directly through your WellnessLiving client account. You may also contact us at hello@junospace.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and we will respond consistent with applicable law.
6.3 State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws (for example, the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, or to opt out of certain sharing or “sale” of information, as those terms are defined under applicable law). Massachusetts does not currently have a comprehensive consumer privacy statute, but if you are a resident of a state with such a law (such as California), you may submit a rights request to hello@junospace.com, and we will respond as required by the law applicable to you. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain business and legal records (such as waivers and payment records), and comply with our legal obligations. We retain babysitting-related information only as long as necessary to provide the service and meet safety and record-keeping needs, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Payment card information is handled by our payment processor and booking platform, which maintain their own security standards (such as PCI-DSS compliance). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Third-Party Links
Our Site links to third-party sites and services, including our booking platform (WellnessLiving) and our Facebook and Instagram pages. This Policy does not apply to those third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
10. International Users
Our Services are directed to individuals located in the United States, and our studio is located in Massachusetts. If you access our Site from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy on the Site with a new effective date. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
